KKWin Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and KKWin ("KKWin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the platform accessible at kkwin.cam. These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the kkwin platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and sports betting, bonus claims, and any other features or services made available through the platform.

By accessing or using the KKWin platform — whether via a web browser, mobile application, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

KKWin reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — The KKWin website accessible at kkwin.cam and any associated mobile applications or mirror domains operated by KKWin.
• "Account" — A registered user profile created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "User" / "Player" — Any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered Account.
• "Balance" — The total real-money funds held in a User's Account wallet at any given time, denominated in the User's registered currency (typically PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" — Non-withdrawable promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — The minimum total bet amount a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and address verification process required by KKWin before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the operator.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country or region in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" — A voluntary restriction mechanism allowing a User to close or temporarily suspend their Account for responsible gambling purposes.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with KKWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the applicable operator licence conditions, whichever is greater. KKWin operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under the applicable minimum age will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. KKWin reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any associated transactions or bonus claims.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and must keep your Account details up to date at all times. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or a fictitious identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that the laws of your applicable jurisdiction do not prohibit your participation in online gambling. KKWin does not accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their location.

4 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide the information requested. You are required to choose a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. KKWin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email address. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

KKWin is required to verify the identity of Users before processing withdrawal requests and may request verification at any other stage of the Account lifecycle. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process requires you to submit acceptable identification and address documentation.

5.1 Acceptable Documents

• Government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of current address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet registered under your name)

5.2 Verification Timelines

KKWin aims to review submitted documents within 24–72 hours of receipt, subject to volume. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KKWin reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is deemed insufficient.

5.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

Where a User is unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification to KKWin's satisfaction, the Account may be suspended or closed. Funds held in an Account subject to a KYC failure may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of deposit. Available methods are displayed in the Account cashier and may change from time to time. Deposits are denominated in PKR where PKR is the selected Account currency.

6.1 Payment References

KKWin provides references to familiar Pakistani payment brands including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT as contextual examples of the types of payment methods that may be available. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change. The inclusion of these payment brand names does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those institutions or any affiliation with KKWin.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the operator and displayed in the Account cashier. Illustrative reference amounts used in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 1,000) are for educational context only; actual minimums may differ. Always check the cashier for current thresholds.

6.3 Deposit Restrictions

KKWin does not accept deposits made by third parties. All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. The Platform reserves the right to reject or return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Account cashier once KYC verification is complete and all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. KKWin aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times vary by method and are subject to KKWin's internal review procedures.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The withdrawing User must have completed full KYC verification.
• There must be no active bonus wagering requirement outstanding that would restrict withdrawal of the requested amount.
• The withdrawal amount must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold shown in the cashier.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

7.2 Processing Times

Processing times are indicative only and may be extended where additional security or compliance checks are required. KKWin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues outside its control.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set by the operator and displayed in the Account cashier. These limits may vary by payment method, Account tier and applicable promotional terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

KKWin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentive offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms will prevail in relation to that promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Exact wagering requirements are specified in the promotional terms for each offer.

8.2 Maximum Bet Restriction

While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or spin stake applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings forfeited. The maximum bet amount is specified in the promotional terms.

8.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage or zero. A full game contribution table is available in the Promotions section of the Platform.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotional terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.

8.5 Abuse & Fraud

KKWin reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it suspects bonus abuse, the use of automated software, coordinated exploitation strategies or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotional offer.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any game.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are accepted at the operator's sole discretion. KKWin reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an explicit acceptance notification.

9.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of an obvious error in published odds, game results or payout calculations — including, but not limited to, incorrect lines, pricing errors or technical malfunctions — KKWin reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable and will be reversed from the Account.

9.3 In-Play Betting

Live or in-play betting markets (including PSL, ICC and other cricket markets) operate subject to real-time events. KKWin is not liable for delays in the acceptance or settlement of in-play bets arising from connectivity issues, feed delays or events occurring between the placement and acceptance of a bet.

9.4 Game Integrity

KKWin takes sporting integrity seriously. Any User found to be placing bets on events in which they have material non-public information, or any User found to be engaged in match-fixing or related activities, will have their Account immediately suspended and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

10 Responsible Gambling

KKWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at all times from the Account Settings section.

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions showing time elapsed and net result.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KKWin Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform through an Account registered in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any money-laundering activity or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or KKWin staff in any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or associated infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the KKWin Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, audio clips and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of KKWin or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, republished, scraped, downloaded, distributed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of KKWin.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KKWin, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, connectivity issues or circumstances beyond KKWin's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from a User's reliance on information published on the Platform for the purpose of making gambling or financial decisions.
• Any loss arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws governing gambling activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by KKWin's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

KKWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering activity.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other Users.
• The User is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after satisfying all outstanding obligations) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to KKWin's withdrawal procedures.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KKWin holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through KKWin's internal complaints process shall be referred to the relevant dispute-resolution mechanism specified by the applicable regulator.

In the first instance, Users with a complaint are encouraged to contact KKWin's support team via Live Chat or at [email protected] (plain text — copy and paste into your email client). KKWin will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 28 days.

16 Amendments to These Terms

KKWin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, KKWin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
